Return and Refund Policy

Animazed will accept returns within 30 days from the date of your original transaction. 

Online refunds will be processed once the product has been received by Animazed. For the refund to be considered eligible, it should be returned in the same condition it was received in. 

Minor exceptions may include a broken seal on the box or clamshell, however this is up to the discretion of our customer support team. We will not be able to accept a return without the product’s original packaging.
